Catering Policy
All Sales Are Final. No Refunds.
Please be advised that all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.
This "No Refund" policy applies to all orders under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
Customer dissatisfaction with the taste, preparation, or temperature of the food.
Orders where the customer provided incorrect or incomplete order details.
Orders that are delayed due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Orders placed by mistake.
Delivery Area Policy
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that their delivery address is within our designated service area before placing an order. Delivery orders must meet a minimum total of $1,500 and the delivery address must be within a 15-mile radius of our restaurant. If a delivery order is placed and your total does not meet the $1,500 minimum, the order will be cancelled OR an additional invoice for the remaining balance will be issued. The remaining balance must be paid in full before your delivery is confirmed.
Absolutely no refunds will be issued for orders placed with a delivery address that is outside of our service area. We are not responsible for unfulfilled orders due to customer error in verifying the delivery location.
